Our Wagyu X cattle are home-reared on our family farm in Co. Carlow — grass-fed, slow-grown, and finished with care. Every box is Bord Bia Quality Assured, fully traceable, and produced with some of the lowest food miles in Ireland.

The Wagyu cross gives our beef exceptional marbling and tenderness — a real step up from a supermarket pack.

We offer a range for every occasion:

• The Sunday Roast Box — a 1.5kg roast with rapeseed oil, seasoning, sea salt and smoked onion mayo.
• Bob's Smash Burger Box — Wagyu mince, cheese, Achill sea salt and Sweet & Smokin' Rub.
• The Wagyu Bolognese Box — Wagyu mince, pasta sauce, Italian seasoning and balsamic.
• The Wagyu Nacho Box — Wagyu mince, tortillas, Coolattin Cheddar and smoked onion salsa.
