Our steaks are cut fresh to order. You'll receive 1kg of premium Wagyu X steak — typically a mix of rib eye, sirloin, striploin and fillet, depending on what's available on the day. Whatever cuts come in the box, you'll always receive full weight and the same exceptional quality.
This is our most complete box — built for families who want the full range of cuts from our Wagyu X herd. From weekend roasts and midweek mince to premium steaks for a special occasion, this box has it all.

About Our Beef:
Our Wagyu X cattle are home-reared on our family farm in Co. Carlow — grass-fed, slow-grown, and Bord Bia Quality Assured. The Wagyu cross gives exceptional marbling, tenderness, and depth of flavour that makes a real difference at the table. These are some of the lowest food miles you'll find for premium beef in Ireland.
