Who We Are

We are Robert & Ciara Stanley, a couple with a passion for high quality food and produce - locally produced, which we aim to replicate in our shop.
We also would like to use our shop and farm to help people learn and understand where their food comes from and the importance of supporting local food producers.
We are very proud of our location, our produce & our local Irish producers, which we want to champion & bridge the gap between producer & consumer on a small-scale Irish Beef Farm, while taking great pride in all that we produce.
Showcasing the importance of small Irish Farms, we feel, is very important to the sustainability of our rural & local environment & economy.
Our love of farming and the Irish countryside can be seen from the moment you drive through the gates at Coppenagh House Farm.

Underneath these trees close to the shop is where you will also find a drove of Durock X Oxford Sandy and Black pigs. They’re rooting behaviour can be visibly seen as you drive up alongside them on your way to the farm shop. Over time we will also supply pork and bacon in the shop.

High Quality and Delicious Beef

At Coppenagh House Farm all our animals are cared for and treated to the highest quality standard. All practices on the Farm are adhered to a Bord Bia quality approval.

 All our meat is therefore fully traceable as it’s direct from our farm, prepared and packaged by our local award-winning butcher. We are fortunate that our local butcher is exactly 1 mile from the farm gate which ensures the least amount of stress is placed on the animal. It also means that the food miles in producing this product is extremely low.
