Carlow Food Network
Proud Members of the Carlow Food Network
We’re delighted to now be part of the Carlow Food Network—an initiative that celebrates the rich food heritage, passionate producers, and stunning natural landscape of our county.
Carlow has always had a strong link to food and farming. From historic big houses with walled gardens to the development of the Rooster potato in Oak Park, it’s a county where growing and producing food is simply part of who we are. The fertile land, clean rivers and gentle climate all contribute to the quality of food produced here—and we’re proud that our beef is part of that story.
At Coppenagh House Farm, we’re continuing that legacy by producing premium Wagyu X beef pork directly on our farm and supplying it straight to the customer through our farm shop on the outskirts of Tullow. Our animals are raised with care on lush Carlow pasture, and everything we do is rooted in quality, traceability and a passion for local food.
Being part of the Carlow Food Network gives us the chance to connect with others who share the same values—producers, growers, cafés, restaurants and food businesses who care about where food comes from and how it’s made. It's about community, pride, and continuing to celebrate the food traditions of our county in fresh, exciting ways.
