About Our Beef: Our Wagyu X cattle are home-reared on our family farm in Co. Carlow — grass-fed, slow-grown, and Bord Bia Quality Assured. The Wagyu cross gives exceptional marbling, tenderness, and depth of flavour you won't find in a supermarket pack.
