Located just outside Tullow in Co Carlow, our farm shop opened in August 2022, with a simple mission: to provide customers with the finest beef, straight from our farm to your table.

Our Story

We're Robert & Ciara Stanley, a husband-and-wife team who are deeply committed to producing premium beef and sharing it with our community. Our journey began with a desire to bridge the gap between farm and consumer, offering locally produced food that tells the story of where it comes from. It’s about more than just meat – it’s about creating a connection with our customers and making it easier for them to understand the value of supporting local food producers.

What We Do

At Coppenagh House Farm, we raise our own suckler cows, heifers, and bulls, all reared with care and attention, ensuring the highest standards of quality. Our beef is the heart of our shop, but we also offer a selection of other carefully chosen products from trusted local producers. From our own homegrown honey to premium local pork and bacon, everything in our shop reflects our passion for good, honest food.
