Returns & Refund Policy

At Coppenagh House Farm, we’re committed to offering you the best quality produce and products — from our own home-reared beef and pork to artisan goods from across Ireland. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it so.

Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at [your email address] as soon as possible. Orders are processed daily, so cancellations must be made before 12pm on the day of dispatch.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with the product (e.g. faulty or not as described), please let us know by emailing [shop@coppenaghfarm.ie] within 24 hours of delivery. Photos may be required to support your claim, especially for fresh or chilled goods.

Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item? Drop us a quick email with your order number and we’ll sort it out as quickly as we can.

Perishable Goods

Due to the nature of our food products — including fresh meat, dairy, and chilled items — we cannot accept returns on perishable items unless they were damaged or incorrect upon arrival. This is in line with EU regulations.

Non-Perishable Items

If you ordered a non-perishable item (clothing), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you’d like to return it. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.

Return Costs

We will cover reasonable return postage costs if:

  • we sent you the wrong item;

  • the item was damaged on arrival;

  • the item is defective.

In all other circumstances, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Until the item is received back to us, you are responsible for its safe return, including adequate packaging for transit. We are not liable for any goods damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method (excluding original delivery charges, if applicable). Please allow up to 5 working days for it to appear in your account. Some banks may take longer.
