Naturally Cordial
Lemon and Raspberry
Ripe Irish raspberries cut with fresh lemon makes this one of our best sellers. A Great Taste 2 star award winner – one judge described it as “Sweet with a biting acidity from the fresh raspberries, the candied and freshly-squeezed lemon flavours dance across the taste buds and linger delightfully, with a sweet rose intensity that takes ages to totally fade.”
Wexford Blackcurrant
The Sunny South East of Ireland is perfect for growing soft fruit. Wexford is particularly known for its delicious blackcurrants. We don’t mess with perfection. This cordial tastes as close to blackcurrants straight off the bushes as you can get. A Great Taste judge said “This has a beautiful colour, rich and dark from the blackcurrants, and has a vibrantly fresh aroma of the fruit. Cordials can be very sweet, but this isn’t. Another said “The natural fruity acidity is authentic, naturally rich and naturally loaded with good fruit. Well made, well done.”
Aromatic Lemon
We call this our two-sense sensation. Allow your nose to enjoy the aromatic fragrance of this first – then let your tastebuds enjoy this unusual, sophisticated lemon cordial.
Lemon and Lime
A classic combination for a reason. The sharp taste of lemons combined with the slightly bitter sour flavour of limes makes this a fresh and zesty drink. The Great Taste judges said “This light, refreshing drink delivers good lemon and lime flavours. We like the clean, citrus-y freshness. The flavours have been well balanced with the amount of sugar.”
Lemon and Passionfruit
Made from exotic fresh passionfruit, this tropical flavour is a subtle addition to our organic lemons. You might not recognise the flavour, but you will love the blend of citrus with the tart passion fruit.
Orange and Cranberry
Sharp, flavoursome cranberries sweetened with organic oranges. Yummy! Try it hot in the colder months as a winter warmer. It also loves vodka as a riff on the iconic Cosmopolitan cocktail.
Orange and Lemon
A double citrus hit. Our orange and lemon is a marriage made in cordial heaven. Orange, orange, orange flavour on the tongue and then lemon. Perfectly balanced.
Strawberry and Raspberry
When asked to make a strawberry cordial, we came up with this. The raspberries add depth to the flavour and prevent the strawberry flavour becoming too sweet. We only use fresh Irish strawberries in our cordial to keep that true strawberry taste.
Strawberry Cucumber and Lime
Described as “an extraordinary balance of flavours” by a Great Taste judge, we have used cucumber to freshen the taste of strawberries and added lime to prevent it getting too sweet. We only use fresh strawberries for our cordials, picked from the field next door, so this is only available seasonally.
Pink Grapefruit
Surprisingly mellow, refreshing and light in flavour. This is great with prosecco or sparkling water as an aperitif or a palate cleanser between courses. It makes a superb granita with crushed ice.
