
Laura’s Overnight Oats – The Perfect Start to Your Morning

Our very own Laura has shared her go-to breakfast that’s packed with goodness, full of flavour, and easy to prep the night before. Using some of our favourite Irish artisan products from the shop, it’s a wholesome way to kickstart your day.
Ingredients:

3 cups of The Merry Mill Organic Porridge Oats

6 tablespoons chia seeds
-
3 tablespoons Nutshed Peanut Butter

1 litre of The Village Dairy Jersey Milk (available in-store only)
Toppings (add in the morning):

A handful of fresh berries

A drizzle of Coppenagh House Farm Honey

A sprinkle of Nutorious Nutrition Granola

A generous dollop of Nobó Roasted Pistachio
Method:

Top tip from Laura: Mix the milk and peanut butter together first to help loosen the peanut butter.

Add oats, chia seeds and your milk/peanut butter mix into a large bowl or container.

Stir well and pop into the fridge overnight.

In the morning, layer on your favourite toppings – fresh berries, prunes, a drizzle of honey, granola and a spoon of Nobó.
