Method

Slow roast our Wagyu roast beef

Add in crispy baby potatoes tossed in Irish rapeseed oil

Season the beef with Skillet and spice seasoning and Achill Island sea salt

Finish off with a dollop of Builin Blasta smoked onion mayo
