Our Wagyu mince Nachos

Ingredients

Method

Preheat oven to 180'C

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan, add your mince and break it up as it browns

Sprinkle in the Sweet & Smoking rub and Everything Classic - stir to coat the beef in all of the smoky, spiced goodness

Cook for 6-8 minutes, until nicely browned and juicy

on a baking tray or oven-safe dish, layer your Blanco Nino tortilla chips, top with the spiced beef, then scatter over grated Coolattin Cheddar

Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling

Remove from the oven and spoon over Builin Blasta smoked onion Salsa
