Flavour

All our products are Alive-Raw-Unpasturised and have been handmade in small batches. All our vegetables are locally sourced and organic when possible.

Weight: 200g

Sauerkraut

Lacto-fermented Irish Cabbage with Onions, our take on the traditional German staple.

Sauer-beet

Lacto-fermented Irish Beetroot. Beetroot grows greatly in Ireland hence its abundance even in the hard winter months. It has great nutritional properties and it’s very versatile in the kitchen! Check out our recipes section for some inspirations! We always buy from local suppliers, organic when possible.

Kimchi Rua

Kimchi is a popular Korean banchan consisting of fermented vegetables in a spicy and tangy rice based sauce. It’s traditionally made with Napa Cabbage, Spring onion and Fish Sauce. Our take on Kimchi includes instead Irish Vegetables in season at the moment like Leeks, Rutabaga, Cabbage, Carrots plus some ingredients preserved last Autumn like Apple, Garlic and Onion.

Spicy Komatsuna

Spicy Komastuna is a wonderfully spicy and tangy kimchi inspired jar full of flavour and complexity. Komastuna, originally found in Japan and part of the Brassicaceae family, it has a strong flavour similar to other mustard leaves. Luckily for us the Komastuna leaf grows superbly in the Irish climate.
