A taste of Carlow on a bun
Ingredients:

500g Coppenagh House Farm Wagyu Steak Mince

2 pinches of Achill Island Smoked Sea Salt

1 tsp of Clo & Alí Seasoning
To Serve:

Crusty bread rolls
-
Coolattin Cheddar
-
Rocket
-
Red Onion Marmalade
Method:

Mix the mince, smoked sea salt, and seasoning gently in a bowl—don’t overwork it.

Take a good-sized handful and shape it loosely.

Throw it straight onto a hot BBQ or pan.

Press it down slightly with a spatula to get those crispy, caramelised edges.

Cook to your liking.

Serve in a crusty roll with melted Coolattin Cheddar, rocket and a dollop of red onion marmalade.
