Dark Chocolate Bark - Mapled Nibs, Sea Salt and Activated Hazelnuts

All organic. Rustic, dark 75% chocolate shards topped with activated hazelnuts, mapled cacao nibs and sea salt flakes. Fantastic paired with red wine, coffee or our cacao tea. We activate the hazelnuts to make them easier for digestion, and for added crunch and flavour. It involves soaking the nuts in water and some salt for a number of hours, then dehydrating them. It helps to remove the phytic acid, which can be harsh on the digestive system for many people.

Free from dairy, soya, emulsifiers and preservatives. Made from bean to bar with ethically sourced organic cacao beans. We source our beans from sustainable social enterprises.
