Ingredients:
- 500g Coppenagh House Farm Wagyu Steak Mince
- 2 Pinches of Achill Island Smoked Sea Salt
- 1 tsp of Clo & Ali Seasoning
Method:
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- Scoop 1 good sized handfull and throw onto BBQ
- Repeat with remaining mince
- Cook to your liking
- Serve with a crusty bread roll, Coolattin Cheddar, Rocket & Red Onion Marmalade
